Compared with general woven filter material, needle punched filter felt has the following advantages:
1. Large porosity and good air permeability, which can improve the load capacity of equipment and reduce pressure loss and energy consumption. Needle-punched filter felt is a fine short fiber filter cloth with staggered arrangement and uniform pore distribution, and the porosity can reach more than 70%, which is twice that of woven filter cloth. Using needle-punched fabrics as filter bags can reduce the size of baghouses and significantly reduce energy consumption.
2. High dust removal efficiency and low gas emission concentration.
3. The surface is finished by hot rolling, singeing or coating, the surface is flat and smooth, not easy to block, not easy to deform, easy to clean, and has a long service life. The service life of needle felt is generally 1 to 5 times that of woven filter cloth.
4. Strong chemical stability. Not only can filter normal temperature or high temperature gas, but also can filter aggressive gas containing acid and alkali. -
